DIGITAL BUSINESS LEADER

Sri Lanka’s pioneering IMC Agency, recognized as one of Sri Lanka’s Best Workplaces, has an opening for digital and business savvy professional to become its Digital Business Leader.

The position entails managing work of our digital client portfolio in terms of:
· Client relationship management, strategy direction and idea generation for their brands
· Work coordination within the agency account management and creative teams and with our media partner
· Business prospecting and pitch management to build our digital business

The candidate should have:
· Understanding & experience in digital marketing and campaign development in a digital or advertising agency or similar institution
· Proactive business development, pitch and work coordination capability
· Digital and/or Marketing qualifications, certifications and professional knowledge

He or she will be required to:
· Manage digital marketing & communications for brands and participate knowledgeably at meetings and online presentations and contribute with ideas, suggestions, and professional advice to both clients and internal teams
· Lead the Digital Team with high teamwork spirit and work with members of the content development and creative teams to create great work with timely delivery
· Lead with a take-charge manner, be super-organized and methodical to conduct regular office or online meetings, maintain an overview of client work, and supervise work planning and delivery
· Lead with a pleasant, mature, tactful and outgoing disposition yet professionally firm to defend work and tough enough to thrive on the pressures of constant deadlines and work challenges of this industry
· Have some financial and administrative savvy to take responsibility for monthly revenue achievement and forecasting
